45ml Saneha Sanctuary, 135ml premium tonic water, served over ice. Garnish with a gently torched cinnamon stick - its warm smoke awakens the rich galangal and ginger notes.
SANCTUARY COLLINS
45ml Saneha Sanctuary, 20ml fresh lime juice, and 15ml honey syrup. Top with 60ml of soda water and garnish with a slice of fresh ginger to highlight the gin’s elevated notes of warming spice.
